This feature was developed for the purpose of keeping private health information (PHI) secure so that you can meet the standards set forth in the HIPAA/HITECH laws enforced by our federal government. Our current medical clients use this feature, but it’s also available to the commercial and professional industries.

INSTALLING THE SPECTRUM SECURE MESSAGING APP:

FOR ANDROID PHONES:
From the GOOGLE Play Store Search for Spectrum Secure Messaging or:
Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.amtelco.spectrumsecuredelivery

After installation, open the App it will ask you for a "Server Address" Type in:
https://avcallcenter.net:8080

You will then be prompted to input your Client ID & Password.
If you have not received these, please contact the Service and ask to be put into the secure Messaging System.

FOR APPLE iPHONES:
From the iTUNES Store Search for Spectrum SD or:

After installation, open the App it will ask you for a "Server Address" Type in:
